Orientation Fee (60 minutes): Free

Orientation Frequency: Once

Individual Supervision Session Fee (60 minutes): $100

Initial Supervision Session Frequency: Weekly

*One supervisee present.

Triadic Supervision Session Fee (60 minutes): $75

Triadic Supervision Session Frequency: Weekly

*Two supervisees present.

Group Supervision Session Fee (60 minutes): $50

Group Supervision Session Frequency: Weekly

*Three supervisees present.
