INTAKE (DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION) SESSION
Intake Session Fee (45 Minutes): $225
Intake Session Frequency: Varies (1 to 4 sessions)

*Occurs prior to the first Individual Psychotherapy Session and includes an overview of required paperwork, intake and evaluation (including review of completed assessments), and treatment planning.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION
Individual Psychotherapy Session Fee (45 Minutes): $225
Individual Psychotherapy Session Frequency: Weekly or more

*Occurs following Intake (Diagnostic Evaluation) Session(s).
Concerning Intake and Individual Psychotherapy sessions:
I DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE. However, I do provide SUPERBILLS to my clients if they desire to seek possible reimbursement of services from their insurance company.
